Making a Bequest to the Pichukuna Trust in your Will is an easy way to support Pichukuna Biosphere Reserve. By doing this you are giving valuable and appreciated support for our mission.

Thank you for considering this.

If you decide to leave a gift to Pichukuna Biosphere Reserve your legal advisor will need:

Our official name: Pichukuna Trust

Our address: Suite 110, 24 Sanford Rd, Centennial Park, Western Australia 6330

If you already have a Will and you would like to include a bequest to Pichukuna Biosphere Reserve in your existing Will, you can make a simple modification by adding a codicil (a codicil is a supplement to a Will that is intended to alter or modify it). To make sure your codicil is legal, we recommend it is checked and approved by a legal advisor.

If you don’t have a Will there are options to prepare one yourself or it can be prepared by a legal professional. A Will is an important legal document so it is important to discuss options and specific wording with your legal advisor to make sure your Will reflects your wishes clearly, giving specific guidance on how you want your assets and personal belongings distributed when you die.

Here’s an indication of the accepted form of words that can be used to leave a bequest to Pichukuna Biosphere Reserve

“I give and bequeath the sum of $_____________ (or) __________ % of my estate, (or) residue of my estate, (or) property or assets as follows

__________________________________________________________________

__________________________________________________________________

free of all charges, to The Pichukuna Trust. The official receipt of the Trust Board Treasurer or other authorized officer of the Trustee is an absolute discharge to my executors.”

You may choose to leave your bequest freely, i.e. ‘no strings attached’ so that Pichukuna can apply the funds in the areas where they are most needed, or you can specify where you would like the funds to be spent.

Strictest confidence is guaranteed

Any bequest inquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence. We will respect your wishes if you choose to remain anonymous.

The Pichukuna Biosphere Reserve is a project of the Ayni Association of Terra Australis, working in collaboration with Amauta Holdings Pty Ltd as Trustee for Pichukuna Trust, dedicated to the care and management of land at Manypeaks in Western Australia.
